Our 5 STEPS to satisfied leaflet distribution

1) We will discuss the areas that you would like you leaflets to be distributed to (we distribute to the whole of Greater Manchester), and how many.

1. If you are going for shared distribution, your leaflet will be handed out with our own leaflet and 1 to 2 other unrelated businesses.
2. We don’t fold or damage your leaflets when we post them.
3. Your leaflets are pushed all the way through the letterboxes, so they land like a fan on the floor.
4. We don’t stick, staple, polywrap, bag or envelope your leaflets or put your leaflets in magazines and newspapers, they are just posted loosely for best affect.

2) As soon as we have your leaflets in house and payment has been made, your leaflets will be booked in for distribution (usually between 1-14 days depending on how busy we are).

3) Our canvassers will be given your leaflets to distribute.

1. We don’t use teenagers or young students to distribute your leaflets, our age limit is 25. Our core distributors have been with us a long time and are very reliable.
2. They have all had previous experience and references from other companies which they have done leaflet distribution for, such as Royal Mail, estate agents and newspapers.
3. New distributors or temps work side by side with our full time staff who keep a close eye on them.
4. Our distributors are well prepared with maps of your given area.
5. Our canvassers leave the houses they posted leaflets to how they found them (e.g. They close garden gates and don’t tread on the lawn!)
   

4) After the leaflets have been distributed we do our checks.

1. House checks in the areas are carried out to make sure people received the leaflets.
2. We also carry out 2 other checking methods which we cant disclose.

5) The following week you will be emailed or posted the maps of the areas we have distributed for you. The maps are our own custom maps and show all the roads where your leaflet was handed out and the days when they were distributed.
