A5 Leaflets aid Accountants to Promote New Service
The new event had been in the back of his mind for ages. John Anthony had been juggling with the idea of printing an A5 flyer for his new event for the last couple of months. John couldb't believe his eyes when he saw that an accountants down south had already had his idea, and had produced some very professional looking A5 printing, it gave his the final push that he needed. She took the A5 flyer design he had found and wanted to get something similar produced.
“When I saw the A5 flyers printing the other business had done, it made me a little angry. However, the good news was that it must work if other people are doing it.The other accountants was in a different area as well, so they wern't in direct competition. The A5 flyer printers asked me to scan one of the A5 leaflets in and send it other to them”
John sent over to the printers and pointed out what he wanted changing on the A5 leaflets. She wanted all his prices and products to go on the A5 flyer as well as his shop logo. However, he liked the general style of the A5 leaflet template and wanted something similar on his own flyer.
“It was obvious that a lot of resources had gone into producing their A5 full colour leaflets. The pictures were very fitting and the colour scheme and layout was very nice. Copying the A5 leaflet printing exactly would copyright and also unethical, but at least it gave me something to go on. I picked the bits I liked and disliked and sent them to the A5 printers. I wanted both sides of the leaflet to be designed.”
It was very easy for SK Print Design to match the design for the A5 leaflets to expectations. John had pictured in his head what he thought the leaflet would look like. The printer will find it easier if you have a colour scheme in mind, and what content they would like on the A5 colour printing. Most of the time, the customer will get some samples sent in the post, which have similar designs to the A5 flyer printing they require.
The first proof for the design of the A5 colour leaflets was pretty much exactly what John had in mind. She emailed other some of the price changes he required on the A5 leaflets, and one more product was added to the front. Once the approval of the final prove had been made, John started to look at the different qualities of A5 leaflet paper that could be printed on.
“My accountants is quite upmarket, I wanted something better than the usual cheap A5 leaflet printing. I didnt need tens of thousands of leaflets, as I wasn't doing a big leaflet drop. I wanted to use the A5 leaflets as handouts when my regular clients came in. I also wanted my A5 printing to be slightly better quality than the other accountants, who was providing the same product. I am a big advocate of quality, really nice A5 flyer printing shows that your business is doing well.”
After looking at a variety of samples that he received through the post, he decided to go for 130gsm A5 leaflets. This is a very high quality, thick, card which feels very good to the touch. She ordered 5000 A5 leaflets.
“In the top right hand corner of the A5 leaflets, I had a special coupon that could be used to get a free pass to our monthly marketing event. So far I have handed out around 2000 A5 leaflets to customers, passers by and given them to the local shops who have put them on the counter. We have had a few mopre people come along to the event, and it's going just as we planned. Handing out the 5000 A5 flyers has brought in a lot of new custom, but we are also getting a lot of referrals. The 130gsm A5 flyers printing is such good quality that we have actually reused them when people have brought them in!|When people have given us the 130gsm A5 flyers printing, they still looked in perfect condition so we have even started reusing them!”
