150gsm A6 Flyers encourage Gold Rushers Express to Promote New Service

A new promotional idea was just what she needed to boost the business during the quietest time of the year. Scribbled down on piece of paper was Jo Brown's mock up of the A6 flyers she wanted to print. Jo couldn't believe her eyes when she saw that another gold buying service down south had already had her idea, and had produced some very professional looking A6 printing, it gave her the final push that she needed. She took the A6 flyer design she had found and wanted to get something similar produced.

“When I saw the A6 flyer printing the other business had done, it made me a little angry. But then I thought that if they’re doing it, then there must be some money in it. The other salon was in a different area as well, so they weren't in direct competition. I scanned the A6 leaflet in and sent it to my online A6 flyer printers”

Jo sent over to the printers and pointed out what she wanted changing on the A6 leaflets. She wanted all her prices and products to go on the A6 flyer print as well as her shop logo. However, she liked the general style of the A6 leaflet template and wanted something similar on her own flyer.

“It was obvious that a lot of resources had gone into producing their A6 colour flyers. The design made the main message stand out and the pictures used were eye catching. I didn’t want to copy the A6 flyers exactly, however, it did give me some more ideas on how I could improve on it. I picked the bits I liked and disliked and sent them to the A6 printers. I wanted both sides of the leaflet to be designed.”

SK Print Design took Jo's design brief and produced leaflets in A6 flyer dimensions (105x148mm) that exceeded her expectations. Jo knew exactly what she wanted. The printer will find it easier if you have a colour scheme in mind, and have a text document with the content you require on the A6 flyer printing. Occasionally, the customer will get some samples sent in the post, which have similar designs to the A6 flyer template they require.

Within a day, the 1st proof for the A6 leaflets was emailed to Jo. It was almost precisely what she wanted. All that needed changing was a few of the prices on the back of the A6 leaflets, and another service was put on the back. After the final proof was approved, Jo looked at some samples of A6 flyer size that she could print on.

“My gold buying service is quite upmarket, I wanted something better than the usual cheap A6 flyer printing. I was not looking to do a massive leaflet door-to-door marketing campaign. I was going to give the A6 leaflets to all my customers as they came in. It was important to me that the A6 printing was of a thicker paper than the other boutique, which was doing a similar service. I am a big advocate of quality, and I think a good quality A6 flyer printing really sells the business.”

Jo studied all the samples she had, eventually she set her mind on 150gsm A6 leaflets. 150gsm is extremely good quality, sturdy, card like material that radiates high quality. She ordered 5000 A5 flyers.

“I put a special offer on the A6 leaflets which was that for every party booked there was a free £50 as an incentive. Me and the rest of the team have handed out 2000 of the A6 leaflets so far to clients, friends, family and given them to the local shops who have put them on the counter. We have had a few parties booked, and it's going just as we planned. Handing out the 5000 A6 flyers has brought in a lot of new custom, but we are also getting a lot of referrals. The 150gsm A6 flyers printing is such good quality that we have actually reused them when people have brought them in!When people have given us the 150gsm A6 flyers printing, they still looked in perfect condition so we have even started reusing them!”
